Shipping Policy

We want your Quanti device to arrive safely and on time. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.


Free Tracked Delivery — Australia Wide

All orders include free tracked delivery across Australia. No minimum spend, no hidden fees.


Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment being confirmed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Australian public holidays.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.


Delivery Timeframe

Once dispatched, standard delivery takes approximately 7–12 business days, depending on your location within Australia. Remote and regional areas may be at the higher end of this range.

We know waiting isn't fun when you're excited to try your device — we'll keep you updated every step of the way.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel in real time. If you haven't received your tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, check your spam folder first — then email us at support@quantiwellness.com and we'll look into it.


Packaging

Your device is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. We take extra care with every order — if anything looks damaged on the outside of the packaging when it arrives, please photograph it before opening.


Damaged, Lost, or Missing Orders

Damaged on arrival: If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or video of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Lost in transit: If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, contact us at support@quantiwellness.com. We'll investigate with the carrier and resolve it for you.

Delivered but not received: If your tracking shows as delivered but you haven't received your order, please check around your property, with neighbours, and at a nearby collection point. If you still can't locate it, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.


Incorrect Delivery Addresses

Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order. If you notice an error, email support@quantiwellness.com as soon as possible — if your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll update it for you.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping costs may apply.


International Orders

We primarily ship within Australia, but we may be able to fulfil international orders on request. Please contact us at support@quantiwellness.com before placing an international order to confirm availability and shipping costs.

For international deliveries, please note:

  • Delivery timeframes will vary by destination
  • Customs fees, import taxes, and duties are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping charge
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing
