We stand behind every Quanti device. If you try it at home and it's not right for you — for any reason — we'll make it right. That's our promise.


The 90-Day Risk-Free Guarantee

You have 90 days from the date of delivery to return your device for a full refund of the product price — no questions asked.

  • You're welcome to open and use the device as intended during this period. Normal signs of careful use are acceptable.
  • If you decide to return it, we'll send you a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your full refund promptly.

We call it risk-free because it is.


How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@quantiwellness.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll reply within 1 business day with your prepaid return label and instructions.
  3. Securely package your device — original packaging is ideal but not required. Any sturdy box that protects the item is fine.
  4. Drop it off with the carrier listed on your label.

Return requests must be made within 90 days of the date of delivery.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a full refund, your device must be:

  • Returned complete with all original accessories, cables, and components
  • Free from damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorised modifications
  • In a clean and safe condition suitable for inspection

Normal signs of careful use during the trial period will not affect your eligibility.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email within 2 business days.

If approved:

  • A full refund of the product price will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your bank or payment provider

Paying with a buy now, pay later service (Afterpay, Klarna, Humm, or similar)? When a refund is approved, any future scheduled payments will be cancelled and any payments already made will be refunded to your original card. Contact your BNPL provider directly if you have questions about the timeline.


Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, develops a fault, or is not what you ordered, we'll resolve it at no cost to you — including return shipping.

  • Delivery damage (item damaged in transit): contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or video
  • Product faults that develop during use: contact us at any point during the 90-day trial period — or beyond, as your rights under Australian Consumer Law continue to apply
  • Incorrect items: contact us within 7 days of delivery

In all cases, Quanti Wellness will arrange a replacement or full refund with no cost to you.


Exchanges

We don't offer product exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different product, please return your current device under this policy and place a new order.


Non-Eligible Returns

Returns may be declined if:

  • The request is made after the 90-day period
  • The device is returned incomplete or missing accessories
  • The device has been damaged due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorised modifications
  • The device is returned in an unsafe or unsanitary condition

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

This policy is in addition to — and does not limit — your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major fault, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair regardless of the timeframe above. For more information, visit accc.gov.au.
