1. Prep skin: After a warm shower, pat dry. Optionally dry-brush 1–2 min to boost circulation.
   
2. Add glide: Apply a thin layer of body oil or firming gel so the head moves smoothly.
   
3. Power on & set level: Start on low; increase gradually as comfortable.
   
4. Stroke technique: Keep the head flat to skin. Use slow upward strokes toward the heart to aid drainage.
   
5. Target dimples: Make small circles over stubborn areas, then finish with long upward passes.
   
6. Pressure: Light–moderate. It should never feel painful; avoid pressing hard.
